Q: How do I place an order for translation services?
A: Placing a translation order with Language Design Group is quick and simple. First, upload the source document through the "Get a Free Quote" section of our website, or e-mail the documents to info@languagedesigngroup.com.

You will receive an Estimate of Translation Services outlining project cost and estimated delivery timeframe.

Select a payment method and fax the approved estimate to 615-704-0004.

Once payment is approved, Language Design Group begins work on the translation project.

Q: Is a PayPal account required for payment?
A: No. A PayPal account is not required for payment. An electronic invoice will be sent from PayPal, with instructions to pay through their secure website. You are not required to set up an account through PayPal in order to pay your Language Design Group invoice.

Q: Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
A: Language Design Group partners with PayPal to handle our electronic payment transactions. PayPal accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and electronic bank draft.

Q: Can you work with purchase orders?
A: Yes. We can accept purchase orders from Preferred Business account users who have successfully completed our standard credit approval process.

Q: How do I set up a Preferred Business account?
A: Please contact your project manager or e-mail us at info@languagedesigngroup.com to receive a Credit Application Form. Complete the form and fax it back to us at 615.704.0004. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the Credit Application Form. If the credit application is approved, you will be converted to a Preferred Business customer in our system.

Q: What is a Preferred Business account?
A: A Preferred Business account is available to companies of all sizes. Preferred Business users may pay for translation services through PayPal, or they also have the option of using a monthly invoicing facility with an open purchase order.
